I can’t get my CF card to fit the card reader.

Make sure that the card’s high groove is in line with the card reader’s high groove and that the card’s narrow groove is in line with the card reader’s narrow groove. It must normally be positioned so that the side with the label is facing downwards.

Why can’t I get my 256 GB SDXC card to work with the card reader?

The card reader supports SDXC cards of max. 128 GB.
